This is a replacement band for the Tour Striker PlaneMate 2.0
The Standard Long Green Full Swing Band for the PlaneMate is the long green band. The Full Swing Band is used primarily with irons but can be used for added resistance with wedges and driver.
The Standard Short Green Pitch-Motion Band is the most common band and is used for getting started, short game practice, wedges, irons, and driver.
The Pro Red Full Swing Band is used primarily for strength training. Providing the most resistance, the Pro Red Full Swing Band can be difficult to strike balls with but is great for isometric exercises and conditioning the muscles required for a professional tour level swing.
