Orders within Australia:
SHIPPING FEES:
For orders over $50 we offer two options:
- Standard Shipping – Free
- Express shipping with Direct Freight – $20
We have a Flat Shipping Fee of $15 for all orders under $50
ORDER DISPATCH:
Orders are normally dispatched the next business day after being received
If there is an issue with the availability of any items on your order, we will notify you the next business day.
DELIVERY SERVICES:
Standard Shipping – We use Australia Post for orders with Standard Shipping. If the item is large or bulky, we may use a variety of couriers depending on your delivery location. Timeframes will vary depending on the delivery location.
Express Shipping – We use Direct Freight for orders with Express Shipping. Delivery is normally next business day; however, it may be slightly longer for deliveries to regional and remote areas.
Notification of courier tracking and dispatch information will be sent via email once your order has been booked for dispatch
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
